Refund/Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on the product within 60 days of you receiving your order. At our sole discretion we will offer exchange or store credit outside this 60 day window. We require the original sales receipt accompany returns. Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition" for refund. Custom and special orders not valid for refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped Items

If an item is received damaged, defective, or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact our Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

I received an item I did not order

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Customer Support immediately. Items that are incorrect qualify for exchange at no additional shipping cost, store credit, or a cash refund.

How do I return an item?
